About a year ago, a personal friend was grieving over his dead tabby who was inflicted with wounds after figuring out in a fight with neighborhood toughies. But with a puncture wound, it's a different story. Aside from street fighting, they can also be vulnerable to barbed wires, thorns or fish hooks that can puncture or embed on the cat's skin. This is the time when you have to seek the help of a veterinarian. But as always, the question is, what if there are no vets available during that time? What if your vet's clinic is far away? What if you can't immediately reach your vet and your poor cat might be bleeding profusely?
